Domestic Sugar Program- FY 2026 Reassignment and FY 2027 Overall Sugar Marketing Allotment, Cane Sugar and Beet Sugar Marketing Allotments and Processor Allocations

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is issuing this notice to: revise fiscal year (FY) 2026 (crop year 2025) State cane sugar allotments and allocations to sugarcane processors; revise FY 2026 allocations to sugar beet processors; and announce the FY 2027 (crop year 2026) overall sugar marketing allotment quantity (OAQ), State cane sugar allotments, and sugar beet and sugarcane processor allocations. Revisions to FY 2026 allotments and allocations apply to all domestic beet and cane sugar marketed for human consumption in the United States from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Fiscal year 2027 allotments and allocations apply to all domestic beet and cane sugar marketed for human consumption in the United States from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
