This revision to the rules of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) provides substantive and administrative changes to conform to requirements of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended by Pub. L. 104-231 and reflects recent developments in case law. Amtrak also took this opportunity to streamline its rules and include updated cost figures to be used in calculating and charging fees.
