SUMMARY:Takes effect: Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
DESCRIPTION:As required by the Privacy Act of 1974\, notice is hereby give
n that VA is modifying an existing system of records titled\, "Veterans a
nd Uniformed Services Personnel Programs of U.S. Government Life Insuranc
e--VA" (36VA29). This system is housed within a cloud-based computer syst
em called "Life Insurance Policy Administration Solution" (LIPAS)\, which
is a managed service solution leveraging commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
software applications hosted in the VA Enterprise Cloud Amazon Web Servi
ces GovCloud (VAEC-AWS) High environment. LIPAS replaced the retired Insu
rance Payment System mainframe and Veterans Insurance Claim Tracking and
Response System (VICTARS). By using LIPAS to integrate with VA Enterprise
shared services\, LIPAS provides the components necessary for VA Insuran

DESCRIPTION:FAA proposes to amend its commercial space launch and reentry

SUMMARY:Comments close: Establishment\, Modification\, and Revocation of C
 lass E Airspace; Alaska\, AK
DESCRIPTION:This action supplements a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM)
published by the FAA in the Federal Register on June 17\, 2025\, which p
roposed to establish Class E domestic en route airspace (Class E6) within
a designated landmass and within 12 miles from a designated shoreline as
sociated with the state of Alaska to facilitate the vectoring of instrume
nt flight rules (IFR) aircraft on direct routes where the current en rout
e structure is insufficient or improper within the proposed airspace area
 s. As revised in this SNPRM\, the FAA now proposes to establish five disc
rete areas of Class E domestic en route airspace over the state. Due to r
edundancy\, the NPRM also proposed to remove two Class E6 airspace areas
and modify 101 Class E airspace areas extending upward from at least 700
feet or more above the surface of the earth (Class E5) to remove any port
ion extending upward from 1\,200 feet above the surface. This SNPRM conti
nues to propose these actions\, but also now proposes to remove two Class
E airspace areas extending upward from 1\,200 feet above the surface\, r
evoke a duplicate Class E5 airspace legal description\, and redefine airs
pace areas from a "Point of Origin" instead of using their respective air
port reference points. Finally\, both the NPRM and this SNPRM propose adm
inistrative amendments to the legal descriptions of 101 Class E5 airspace
areas that would correct or update nomenclature as needed. This action w
ould support IFR operations while enhancing the safety and management of
aircraft operations within the National Airspace System (NAS).\nComment:

DESCRIPTION:The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety z
one for certain navigable waters in the Miami Marine Stadium Basin in con
nection with the FRL Inaugural Invitational eFoil Exhibition Race. The sa
fety zone is needed to protect personnel\, vessels\, and the marine envir
onment from potential hazards associated with eFoil race operations. This
proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the
safety zone unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port\,
Sector Miami. We invite your comments on this proposed rulemaking.\nComme
