Veterans' Choice of Representation Act

To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide emergency assistance to homeless veterans and their families affected by Hurricane Katrina, and for other purposes.

To provide that, for the period ending August 31, 2007, veterans affected by Hurricane Katrina shall have access to health care from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

To extend for persons affected by Hurricane Katrina the time for appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims of certain decisions of the Board of Veterans Appeals that are rendered during the period from June 1, 2005, through November 30, 2005.

Morris K. Udall Parkinson's Disease Research Act Amendments of 2005

To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for the establishment of Parkinson's Disease Research Education and Clinical Centers in the Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Montgomery GI Bill Improvements Act of 2005

Comprehensive Assistance for Veterans Exposed to Traumatic Stressors Act of 2005

To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the reporting fee payable by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to educational institutions for reports or certifications which such educational institutions are required by law or regulation to submit to the Secretary.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the automatic acquisition of citizenship by certain individuals born in Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Kampuchea, or Thailand.

Assured Funding for Veterans Health Care Act of 2005

To amend title 10, United States Code, to permit the use of education benefits under the Reserve Montgomery GI Bill for licensing or certification tests.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Government of Japan should formally acknowledge and accept responsibility for its sexual enslavement of young women, known to the world as "comfort women", during its colonial occupation of Asia and the Pacific Islands from the 1930s through the duration of World War II, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the Congress that States should require candidates for driver's licenses to demonstrate an ability to exercise greatly increased caution when driving in the proximity of a potentially visually impaired individual.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Purple Heart Recognition Day.

Expressing the sense of Congress that the Government of Japan should formally issue a clear and unambiguous apology for the sexual enslavement of young women during colonial occupation of Asia and World War II, known to the world as "comfort women", and for other purposes.
