Ovarian and Uterine Cancer Prevention and Treatment Act of 2002

To amend title 37, United States Code, to limit the authority of the United States to recover, after a member of the uniformed services is retired or separated from the uniformed services, amounts of basic pay, allowances, bonuses, special pays, and other compensation erroneously paid to the member before the member's retirement or separation.

Compact of Free Association Children's Health Improvement Act of 2002

To require gifts of less than $100 to be disregarded in determining income under the supplemental security income program under title XVI of the Social Security Act.

To amend the impact aid program under section 8003 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to include children who are citizens of the freely associated states in the computation of the amount of basic support payments to local educational agencies under the program.

To prohibit the President and the spouse of the President from accepting certain gifts for personal use.

To amend the Act entitled "An Act to establish the Kalaupapa National Historical Park in the State of Hawaii, and for other purposes", to facilitate the purposes of that Act.

To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to establish requirements for the designation of critical habitat in Hawaii, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to notify certain taxpayers of the eligibility requirements for the earned income credit.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage under the Medicare Program of compression sleeves and stockings for the treatment of lymphedema.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study regarding the suitability and feasibility of establishing the East Maui National Heritage Area in the Hana district of East Maui in the State of Hawaii, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to permit the hiring as security screening personnel of legal immigrants who have filed for naturalization before September 11, 2001.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow withdrawals from individual retirement plans without penalty for certain individuals significantly affected by the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
