A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code so as to permit members of the Military Reserves and the National Guard to receive retired pay at age 55 for nonregular service under chapter 67 of that title.

A bill to amend titles 37 and 38, United States Code, to encourage persons to join and remain in the Reserves and National Guard by providing full-time coverages under Servicemen's Group Life Insurance for such members and certain members of the Retired Reserve up to age 60, and for other purposes.

A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to revise the provisions of such title relating to the construction and alteration of, and acquisition of land for, national cemeteries.

Prisoner of War Benefits Amendments Act of 1980

An act to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide cost-of-living increases in the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and in the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for surviving spouses and children of veterans, to provide for limited grants for special home adaptations for certain severely disabled veterans, to provide for Veterans' Administration guaranties for loans to refinance certain existing veterans' home loans and to increase the maximum loan guaranties for home loans made to veterans, and to provide for the confidentiality of certain Veterans' Administration medical quality assurance records; and for other purposes.

A bill to amend Title 38, United States Code, to increase the rate of compensation payable to veterans who have lost or lost the use of both upper extremities as the result of service-connected disability.

A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide certain National Service Life Insurance policyholders an opportunity to double their National Service Life Insurance coverage.

A bill to amend section 1902 of title 38, United States Code, to extend eligibility for automobile adaptive equipment to certain additional veterans.

A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to extend from sixty to one hundred and twenty days the period between notice of, and the effective date for, any reduction or discontinuance of veterans' compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation, or pension.

A bill to provide for the investment of contributions received by the American Battle Monuments Commission.

A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to permit the exchange of five-year level premium term policies of National Service Life Insurance to special endowment at age ninety-six plans.

Military Selective Service Amendments of 1980

A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to provide that certain full-time training duty of members of the National Guard shall be considered as active duty for training in Federal service for the purpose of laws providing benefits for members of the National Guard and their dependents and beneficiaries.

A bill to prohibit the use of appropriated funds to lobby members of State legislatures and legislative bodies of political subdivisions.

A bill to amend the Federal Unemployment Tax Act to provide that State unemployment compensation laws need not provide that the amount of unemployment compensation to which an individual may be entitled for any week must be reduced by the amount of any military retired pay to which such individual is entitled for such week.

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide an exclusion from gross income of amounts received for the production from certain oil or gas wells.
