South Texas Veterans Access to Care Act of 2006

To require the Secretary of the Navy to comply with certain reversionary requirements related to property donated to the Navy for use as a Navy homeport whenever the property ceases to be used for that purpose.

Junior Duck Stamp Reauthorization Amendments Act of 2005

To require the immediate release, in unclassified form, of all documentation and other information used by the Secretary of Defense to prepare the recommendations submitted to Congress on May 13, 2005, regarding the closure and realignment of military installations in the United States.

To correct maps depicting Unit T-10 of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System.

To amend the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 to require the 2005 base closure and realignment process to adhere to certain requirements regarding the preservation of military depot capabilities.

To improve the security clearance process along the United States-Mexico border, to increase the number of detention beds, and for other purposes.

To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the Brownsville Public Utility Board water recycling and desalinization project.

To designate a United States courthouse in Brownsville, Texas, as the "Reynaldo G. Garza and Filemon B. Vela United States Courthouse".

Recognizing Ann Richards' extraordinary contributions to Texas and American public life and offering condolences on her passing.

Honoring the life and expressing the deepest condolences of Congress on the passing of Edward Roybal, former United States Congressman.

Welcoming the Prime Minister of Singapore, His Excellency Lee Hsien Loong, on the occasion of his visit to the United States, expressing gratitude to the Government of Singapore for its support in the reconstruction of Iraq and its strong cooperation with the United States in the campaign against terrorism, and reaffirming the commitment of Congress to the continued expansion of friendship and cooperation between the United States and Singapore.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 313 East Main Street in Robstown, Texas, as the "Lieutenant Juan G. Carrion Post Office Building".
