bundling
Collecting many individual contributions and delivering them together, so the bundler gets credit for a total far larger than any one legal limit.
In full
Bundling is how a single well-connected person delivers hundreds of thousands of dollars while every underlying contribution stays within the cap. Lobbyist bundlers must be disclosed by name and amount under the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act; other bundlers generally need not be, unless a campaign chooses to publicize them.
