Appellate Court Reorganization Act of 1980

A bill to allow State medicaid plans to provide medical assistance for institutional services for mentally retarded individuals who are not otherwise provided such assistance because they are not treated as residents of the State.

A bill to direct the Secretary of Transportation to designate an additional 6.25 miles of highway connecting I-10 and I-65 near Mobile-Prichard, Alabama, as part of the Interstate Highway System.

Occupational Safety and Health Reform Act of 1979

A bill to amend the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 to provide for a statute of limitations with respect to judicial review of environmental impact statements.

A bill to amend the Social Security Act to make certain that recipients of supplemental security income benefits, recipients of aid to families with dependent children, recipients of medicaid benefits, and recipients of aid or assistance under certain other Federal and federally-assisted programs will not have the amount of such benefits, aid, or assistance reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

A bill to repeal the carryover basis provisions added by the Tax Reform Act of 1976.
