The list of measures reported out of committee and eligible for floor action. Being on the calendar is not a promise of a vote.

The House keeps several calendars and the Senate two, and reaching one only means a measure has cleared committee. What actually gets floor time is decided by the Speaker in the House and by the majority leader in the Senate, which is why thousands of bills sit on a calendar to the end of a Congress and then die.
