Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time from Account & billing, which opens the secure Stripe portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership and its perks remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it ends and you're not charged again.

Renewals

Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We'll always show the price before you subscribe.

Refunds

Because Civibrief is low-cost and cancellation prevents further charges, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods already elapsed. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or have a billing problem, email support@civibrief.comand we'll make it right.

Donations

One-time donations are voluntary contributions to support the project and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us promptly and we'll review it.
